1. The Xerin Agent program
Xerin Agent is the official recruitment program of Xerin Market. Approved agents are authorized to register Xerin Market Sellers and Brokers within Tanzania. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Xerin Admin team.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be Tanzanian residents aged 18 or older with a valid NIDA number. Submitting false or misleading identity information leads to immediate rejection or suspension.
3. Agent obligations
Agents must submit accurate registration information, must not misrepresent Xerin Market, and must not approve, modify or impersonate the accounts they register. All registrations remain subject to Xerin Market's standard verification and approval process.
4. Commissions
Where a commission program applies, it is described separately in the agent commission schedule. No income or employment is guaranteed by participation in the program.
5. Suspension and termination
Xerin Market may suspend or terminate an agent account for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. Suspended agents lose portal access and cannot submit new registrations; previously attributed registrations are preserved.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the agent portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
