1. Information we collect
When you apply to become a Xerin Agent we collect your full legal name, age, region of residence, NIDA number, an image of your NIDA card and a personal photograph. We also collect your consent record.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to verify your identity, review your agent application, operate your agent account and attribute the sellers and brokers you register. NIDA numbers are encrypted at rest and identity documents are stored in private storage accessible only to authorized reviewers.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Identity data is shared only with the Xerin Admin review team and, where required, with authorized verification services.
4. Data retention
Application records are retained for audit and compliance purposes according to Xerin Market retention policies. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.
